Delete obsolete job options referencing outdated trigger code.

The `recAlgs.doTrigger` flag is obsolete with the Run-3 trigger. Remove
all code setting this flag (was already `False` by default).

Relates to ATR-22725.

CaloCellDetPos keep only methods that the CaloDetDescrManager is passed. Modify the Calo D3PD to use those

Looking at the CaloDetDescrMgr migration to ReadHandles rm 2 un-needed includes from CaloCluster_OnTrackBuilder

egammaRecBuilder can work with any type of clusters, not just topo although this is the default. Make this clean in the namings

Remove deprecated LikeliHood helper. The string anyhow is different as all these are redone Derivation or not there are at all. And the current implementation is not the most efficient as it redoes the lookup for the Accessor..

Attempt to patch ATLPHYSVAL-686. Create the ReadHandle for TruthParticles inside the m_isMC block, move all code using the TruthParticles also inside this block. Indent the block so to a bit clearer where it starts ends

Add an option to save copies of clusters just before applying
the correction tools.  To be used for studying updates to the corrections.
