Add collection of training, presentations and webinars

As per feedback received after the 2024 OSPO event:

It could be interesting to host somewhere recorded trainings, presentations, webinars, etc… on a public page. I took this idea from what is done by the AI for good community where they put in place such a catalogue https://aiforgood.itu.int/eventcat/discovery-geoai/
