Switch to Kaniko images instead of the Cern images

Jobs began failing due to something on the Cern Kubernetes side changing for the runners.

This might indicates that we need to switch to the Kaniko images now instead of the Cern images.

Currently as a temporary solution, a --force flag was added in the YML file.
