Figure out "randomly" failing pipelines

• Job #40023919 failed for avendras/otsdocker@2417c45d:
• the following line (otsdaq-suite fail) keeps happening
• https://gitlab.cern.ch/avendras/otsdocker/-/jobs/40077070#L885 (Sometimes causes pipeline to fail, sometimes doesn't. It's in LOTS of other recent pipelines as well)
