Follow-up from "Prepare Helm chart of an httpd deployment for the new generation of static sites"

  Best to keep httpd as the first (and default) container to facilitate troubleshooting with oc rsh, console terminal etc.

  We should clarify that we need to disable each and every gitlab component except gitlab-pages. There will be new components showing up, so the list of components to disable must be reviewed with every update of the gitlab chart.

  I think we need a detailed upgrade procedure to deploy updates to the GitLab chart: when to do it (whenever gitlab itself is updated?) and how to do it correctly - assume someone who is not familiar with the whole OKD4 stack as it could be done as part of gitlab upgrade.

  Since according to #6 we're likely to move the gitlab chart to its own argocd app in okd4-install, probably this procedure should be associated with the GPS component doc in okd4-install.
