Move to single GVK

With https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/external-dns/pull/1461 to be merged soon and given that we need to support multiple views ASAP, we should change the code to start handling only one GVK (webservices.cern.ch/v1alpha1, DNSEndpoints) and start leveraging labels to manage views/domains.
