Remove /main from all paths, using / instead of /channels and change CI vars

Following this MR from this web-portal issue it's needed to check if email-gateway uses /main in the paths and change it for / if it's needed.

Also, it's necessary to check the CI vars and change it for the new format if it's necessary.
