Outdated email gateway failure template
In the email template for failures, the channel's URL is wrong and still uses the old format /channel/channel-slug instead of /channel/channel-id.
Also, the SNOW ticket URL doesn't specify the notification's SE (https://cern.service-now.com/service-portal?id=sc_cat_item&name=incident&se=notifications-service)
