Reevalute Archiving

Postponed Archiving feature - needs more discussion

• Currently linked by channel name eg. https://notifications-dev-archives.web.cern.ch/notifications-dev-archives/data/The%20Notification%20Service%20News/index.html
• But we allow channel name to change
• Channel slug can also be reused upon deletion
• We would need to send channel uuid as well

• Use channel UUID as archive identifier, set Channel Name as display name and add rename feature
