Investigate session expiration increase / refresh mechanism

• After investigations Token Refresh is active and functional. Tokens expire after more or less 15 mins and are refreshed transparently.
• Issue is after more or less 24h refresh cannot be performed and redirection to SSO should be triggered, but is now missing.
  • Token lifetime is default, coudl be extended by using scope=offline_access (https://auth.docs.cern.ch/user-documentation/oidc/scopes/#what-is-supported-at-cern) but is not recommended security wise by the Authz team.
