Add Archival / Notification Lifecycle section to About with following info (better worded ofc):
- Channel archival can be enabled, if not enabled notification will be deleted after 13 months
- Targeted notifications are never archived, will be lost after 13 months
- Add info about Link to archive - check with emmanuel
