Archival notice

Add Archival / Notification Lifecycle section to About with following info (better worded ofc):

• Channel archival can be enabled, if not enabled notification will be deleted after 13 months
• Targeted notifications are never archived, will be lost after 13 months
• Add info about Link to archive - check with emmanuel
