Sending a notification from visiting another will open the old visited notification

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a notification with its link: https://notifications-dev.web.cern.ch/channels/4850aad0-a252-4f81-a922-02377c87eeee/notifications/5850aad0-a252-4f81-a922-02377c87eeee
2. Go to Send Notification and send a notification
3. It will redirect the user to the Notifications list, opening again the modal of the notification previously opened (instead of just showing the list of notifications)

This can be confusing since the user is sending a notification, but another is being opened. I would say to keep the same behavior as of today, while sending a notification just redirects the user to the list of notifications, without opening any modal
