[BUGFIX] State not being properly reset - Target users / groups

If the user uses Specify users to send a direct notification to some channel members with egroups by mistake and sends the notification they will get an error (because it can't find the user). If the user now sets them correctly still fails, because we don't clean from the state the wrong targetUsers
