Channel preferences pagination broken, never more than 1 page

Channel preferences pagination is broken: When you change the number of channel preferences per page to a number that requires more than one page no more pages appear, so these channel preferences are not accessible.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to Preferences
• If you have more than 5 channel preferences change to 5 elements per page
