	* G4AtlasTools/G4FieldManagerToolBase.h,
	src/G4FieldManagerToolBase.cxx - switch the string property for
	the EquationOfMotion name to be a
	ToolHandle<IEquationOfMotionTool>. Still empty by default, in that
	case G4Mag_UsualEqRhs is used as previously.
	* NB currently there are no checks that the Equation of motion and
	stepper choices are compatible. ATLASSIM-2794
