Get a first working test with simple data processing going.

Target goals is to have:

• A Testbench setup to abstract the hardware without being too restrictive
• A uQDS data container to perform common operations such as FFT, THD, frequency component calculation etc.
• A test definition to set up test types and potentially data postprocessing
• A general results data container to more easily postprocess resulting data
• A method of saving these files to a standard format Excel file
