PyHAL support was added for control of the VCU128. In the course of this a v2 interface was added which provides "action endpoints", eg. "configure", "start", etc.
Finally, the codebase was refactored, classes and functions were renamed, cleaned up, and the logging framework was made more robust (using the Python interface to systemd for usable log levels).
