Gaia Grosso requested to merge ggrosso/hardware-access-layer:monitoring_and_control into main

added: web app interface for the board control; a script that manages both the reading and writing requests from the control web app and the prometheus metrics exposure for the monitoring; two additional scripts are given to send writing and reading requests to the app from line command.
