Add functionality for "Official Name"

There is a new "Official Name" column in Panthera but no way to upload data via Felis (https://gitlab.cern.ch/sdemares/felis/-/blob/master/felis.py?ref_type=heads#L266).

Is it possible to add a parameter to module_specs?
