Create new ATLAS toolchains for 101_ATLAS_10 and 101_ATLAS_11

Dmitri Konstantinov requested to merge LCG_101-patches_update_ATLAS_10_11 into LCG_101-patches

The layers are based on previous HepMC2 and HepMC3 layers.

Changes:

  • Sherpa version is updated to 2.2.12
  • Herwig and ThePEG versions are updated to 7.2.2 and 2.2.2
  • crmc patch is updated and crmc now is installed with all header files
  • evtgen bug in LCGCMAKE recipe not properly handling switch between HepMC2 and HepMC3 is fixed
  • addede patch for ThePeg to pick up Rivet properly.
