Improvements that would make the HSF test to perform better

  • Adding the hfs toolchain for testing.
  • Use ${MAKE} instead log just make to ensure that the -jN is transmitted correctly
  • Added dependency gettext to glib (needed to change the order)
  • New recipes for packages (ponder, icu4c, jasonnet, tiff, range_v3)
  • make ROOT optionally depending of oracle and mysql
