Save ToT and rel. BCID as 2D histogram

Right now, ToT and rel. BCID are saved in the intepreted data file as 1D-histograms. For some plots, the 2D information is needed. Therefore it makes sense to save the 2D information in the first place. This way, it should never be necessary to save the raw (interpreted) hits to make plots.
