plotting scale in scans, occupancy plots - version 0.6
Hello, I'm using the version 0.6 compatible with the FMC that has been developed at CERN. I suppose that anyway it didn't imply changes in the plotting software. I see in all the scans (but I show you examples of the analog scan here) that the range of occupancy plots is doubled. As an example, even if it looks really homogeneous (no pixels with more hits) I see that: n_injections: 100 -> The scale goes up to 200 n_injections: 50 -> The scale goes up to 100
as a consequence the plot looks blue even if in reality it is ok. I just wanted to ask you if it is a desired feature or if it is unexpected. I attach also the interpreted.h5 files in case they are useful.
