Test TLU state machine on hardware runner

The external trigger scan is rarely used, but important when needed. To prevent regressions we should test the TLU state machine on hardware. I recommend to use a cable between TX0 and RX0, activate TDC/Hit OR and inject analog hit into the working part of the matrix. Trigger are issued by the TLU module. Then we check for hits.
