HitOr input on mDP port not generating any triggers

As of v1.3, the secondary HitOr input (mDP port) seems to produce no triggers.

Here's a source scan on a double chip module with TRIGGER_SELSECT set to 3:

This also means, that you cannot run a source scan on only the second chip of a double chip module, since the HitOr input associated with rx1 is always the mDP connector...
