Increase AURORA soft error high water mark to maximum

In certain (rare) conditions, that do not happen during normal data taking with RD53A chips and bdaq, the AURORA receiver implementation issues a reset (related #439 (closed)). This happens (likely) due to too many soft errors in a given time (burst of soft errors) and is a feature of our AURORA receiver. The threshold is set to 16 in bdaq and I think there is no disadvantage to just set this counter to maximum (1024?). This might solve premature link resets during SEE/SEU testing and when using yarr injection loop.
