To work the script needs to be run on the software stack having: Gaudi : master Brunel,Rec,LHCb, LbCom in TDR branch. Probably modifying a bit the script it can also work on master branch. In particular removing the lines

TrackSys().TracksToConvert  = ["Velo"]
TrackSys().VeloUpgradeOnly = True
