3D simulations with adaptive time stepping and flag_Controlxxx

Please add an error message when: flag_adaptiveTimeStepping = 1 And any of the flags: flag_controlInductiveVoltages = 1 flag_controlMagneticField = 1 or = 2 flag_controlBoundaryTemperatures = 1 or = 2 The error message should clarify that if flag_contorls are set to 1, the adaptive time stepping can not be used.
