Project reproducibility

Like in #15 (closed), we should keep track the packages being used inside a project, and we should investigate what EOS files are being accessed inside the notebooks. In the end, we should have a descriptor of the sw used, the data used, and try to integrate with reana to perserve the state of a project. This also goes in the direction of giving users a warning if the current session config is not the same as the one that produced the project.
