new Raspi-Hat adjustments

The TEPX module test board 3.3V Power Supply can now be turned off/on separately to reset the Vprobes. The enable Pin of the Power Supply is connected to GPIO24 (Pin18) of the Raspi. Output HIGH -> 3.3V enabled, Output LOW -> 3.3V disabled and the module test board has no 3.3V (also not the humidity and temp sensor)

(That's why the i2c is not working at the moment)
