N2 flow throttling

Provide the possibility to throttle the N2 flow such that the RH stays above 5%. This is sufficient to run "normal" tests around 0 degC without risk of condensation and keeps the SHT85 in the safe operations regime.

This feature will be enabled by selecting a check-box on the web UI. If you need to go to lower temperatures, this selection must be undone.
