Plus/minus signs not working correctly in FAQ List

Summary

When 2 entries of the FAQ List are open, there is an issue with the +/- signs

Steps to reproduce

Create an accordion
Open two entries
Check the +/- signs

Possible fixes

Check the JS file that does the change for FAQ List pattern.
