Agenda Coming soon pattern should not apply timezone

Summary

The agenda-coming-soon pattern shows the current timezone based on location and not based on timezone that the event takes place.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a countdown view
  • Change local time of computer
  • Notice that the time changes in different TZs

Possible fixes

Change the hardcoding in the pattern agenda-coming-soon.html.twig
