White space appears on top of Hero Frames in certain cases

In specific cases, the hero frames appear lower than they should.

The issue could not be reproduced apart from the aforementioned cases.

Possible fixes

A possible fix is to setup position: absolute; in .header-block of patterns/molecules/header-block/sass/header-component.scss
