Issue of menu dropping on the second line

Summary

When the menu has too many menu items (or long menu items) then some menu items drop in the next line, including the language switcher.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add > 5-6 top level items
2. Add long menu items

Possible fixes

When the user has chosen not to show the site_name then the menu should hold the full width of the header
