Preview Card title changes color on hover

Summary

The Preview Card title changes color on hover. Since there is no option yet for changing color on hover, remove the color change.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a view that uses Preview Cards
2. Hover on the title

Possible fixes

In colors.scss of CERN theme set :hover to have the same color as the <a> tag
