Blocks in sidebars do not have homogenous spaces

Summary

The blocks under sidebars do not have the save spaces. More specifically when placing:

• A custom block
• A view block

do not have the same spaces.

This is caused by custom block having a padding: 0 value in theme.css

Possible fixes

The class .block.block-block-content applies a padding: 0 to custom blocks
