Align paddings of custom blocks / menus / views

Summary

As it can be noticed on the attachment, there is a misalignments of paddings when a view is placed with a custom block. Change the paddings so that blocks / menus / views will be aligned.

Also add shadow-block styles to be the default styles for both view blocks and custom blocks (not for menu blocks)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a view
  2. Create a custom block
  3. Place them under a sidebar

Possible fixes

Add a padding in block or remove the padding from views. Make sure that menus are also aligned
