Fix spacing between 2nd/3rd level and underline in Firefox

Summary

• When the word in 1st level menu is long, the 2nd and 3rd level menus have distance between them
• In Firefox, the underline expands over the word on hover

• Create a 3 level menu where the 1st level has a long word >20 chars
