Menus / views / blocks on sidebars have inconsistencies

Summary

There are some inconsistencies in menus / views /blocks when placed on sidebars

1. Views and menus do not have the same spacing. It should be locked to padding: 15px
2. Menus that are not main-menu, do not have the correct arrow
