Expanded Search layout description is not translatable

Summary

The description in the search layout of the expanded search is not translatable, even though the text appears in the interface translation.

Possible fixes

The search template is defined in menu--main.html.twig of CERN Base. Move the file under CERN Theme and add translation filter.
