Page titles appear twice in page views

Summary

In page views the page titles appear twice due to the fact that the view title is hard-coded in the templates. As a result, the pages have two page titles:

1. The view title which is hardcoded in the view
2. The page title which is a block

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page view
2. Add a title to the view

Possible fixes

In order to fix it, you need to remove the {{view-title}} from the the view template.
