media could not be loaded in 4/3-006

Hi Ruben, we have a recording in 4/3-006 ( enanos 007 and 008 both receive signals), but in encoders, we get an error message that 'media could not be loaded'. We have started a Zoom recording. Could you check what is wrong? Cheers.
