Added documentation on vhost_conf about archived sites

This was initially an attempt at fixing issue #39 (closed). However, after trying the suggested approach I noticed that this conflicted with the default erros messages shown by Apache which are configured here (which stopped working as expected). Hence, I decided to simply improve the documentation in case someone in the future tries to modify this directory
