FIX: :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Workflow.Modules.ModuleBase: Fix cleanup of request operations in case of failure. RemovalReplica requests are also removed, which in the past lead to un-fulfillable requests
FIX: :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Workflow.Modules.Modulebase: only calculate checksum once.
CHANGE: :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Workflow.Modules.Modulebase: change the name of the log output to __name__
