[v29r1] Dirac-ilc-add-tasks: also make usable for 'Standard' plugin transformations

CHANGE: dirac-ilc-add-tasks-to-prod now also works for 'Standard' MCGeneration transformations
CHANGE: dirac-ilc-add-tasks-to-prod instead of mandatory options with flags (-t, -p) the script also accepts positional arguments
NEW: dirac-ilc-add-tasks-to-prod new flag --Total to set the MaxNumberOfTasks to the given number of tasks, instead of adding to the number of tasks. Total has to be larger than current max number of tasks
