[v29r1] stdhepcut improvements

*Interfaces
NEW: :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.Applications.StdhepCut, :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.Applications.StdhepCutJava new function setFileMask to set the selection of input files.
NEW: :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.Applications.StdhepCut, :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.Applications.StdhepCutJava new function setStoreFile to enable or disable the storing of the output file. Use this when StdhepCut is not the last module in a production workflow
CHANGE: :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Interfaces.API.NewInterface.ProductionJob change logging from info to notice, so there is a printout when used in scripts without debug flags

*Workflow
CHANGE: The default fileMask for :mod:~ILCDIRAC.Workflow.Modules.StdHepCut is changed to *.stdhep instead of ../*.stdhep
