Trigger mount of SITECONF by automount before checking for it.

At KIT SITECONF is on NFS and mounted on /etc/cvmfs/SITECONF via automount. When it is not mounted, the check for presence of SITECONF inside the container fails. In fact the check triggers a mount by automount, but apparently it is not fast enough. Running the validation script again, immediately after the failed check, succeeds.
