Separating ZC706 and ZCU102 designs

Using two separate projects for each of the ZC706 and ZCU102 support in order to avoid any IP issues, and have a more suitable top level interfaces. Now each board has its own Vivado project, allowing all freedom to integrate IPs and new blocks without caring about IP mismatches.
