Inverting VDDD and VDDA in powerUp sequence

This merge request inverts the order of VDDA and VDDD supplies in the powerUp() sequence such that VDDA is supplied before VDDD. It was proven to help activating the DAC bandgap on one of the two dysfunctional H2M samples. This scheme is therefore taken as the baseline.
